Cooperation Agreement with VERBUND.

Volthein Energy Asset Manager (VEAM) is proud to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement with VERBUND, one of Europe's leading electricity companies. This collaboration marks an important step in strengthening our projects and expanding the value we deliver to our clients and partners.

Benefits of the Cooperation

Through this agreement, VERBUND will provide optimization services for projects developed by VEAM. These services are designed to enhance operational efficiency and generate maximum revenues from energy assets.

As a sister company of VEAM, Volthein will serve as the EPC contractor for all projects developed under this cooperation, covering both internal initiatives and EPC projects for external customers. This ensures that every project, including EPC projects for third-party investors, benefits from VERBUND's optimization expertise combined with Volthein's EPC delivery, providing complete and reliable turnkey energy solutions.
